Civil/Structural Engineering

The Civil/Structural Engineering division was established in 1994 by two IIT graduates with long years of relevant experience in India and abroad. Partnered subsequently with international civil engineering firms (with participation in the management), this division has been able to significantly enhance the value and range of its services.
The team, well-versed in different international standards and practices, enables the division to successfully execute projects in Europe, North America, Middle East etc., besides in India.   It includes three chartered engineers of whom one is a member of the institution of structural Engineers, UK.
The clientele of the engineering division comprise mainly of project consultants, turnkey contractors, architects, specialist contractors for industrial/infrastructure projects, reinforcement steel fabricators, structural steel fabricators etc..

Structural design

Design of structural steel and reinforced concrete structures encompassing industrial, commercial, public, residential, underground, earth-retaining, water front and temporary structures, as per American, British, Euro and Indian codes of practices.

Softwares : STAADPro, SAP2000, Power plate, Power frame, Robot structural Analysis, MATHCAD/ Excel etc.
Pre-construction CAD services

Preparation of workable drawings of different types of structures including buildings, infrastructures like tunnels, retaining structures, bridges etc. from the conceptual sketches, architectural drawings and as communicated by clients through other media

Geotechnical design

Stability Checks of structures like tunnels, bridge supports & retaining walls, foundation design, slope stability checks, drainage study etc. are the focus areas of geotechnical design department.

Softwares : Plaxis 2D, Plaxis 3D, ElasPlas, Ground water Vistas etc.
Reinforcement detailing

Reinforcement detailing of all types of concrete structures i.e. cast-in-situ or precast, Industrial, commercial, public or residential, providing bar-bending schedules with bar shapes and shape code, material take off etc. with or without ductile detailing.

Softwares : AutoCAD, Multisuite, Strakon, Microstation, ASD (AutoCAD structural Detailing) etc.
Structural steel detailing

Structural steel detailing providing fabrication drawings, erection drawings, quantity take-offs for clients across the world for Industrial structures, commercial buildings, towers, platforms, conveyor supports, high roofs, etc.

Softwares : Tekla, Strucad & AutoCAD

Modelling structural steel and concrete structures in BIM environment for design and extracting the drawings. Paradigm takes up structural and architectural models, analyse and design the structure using the in-built software Robot structural analysis.
